Reservations
You can reserve this unit by phone (770-664-8905) or email subject to availability. We ask that you send a deposit of $150 within seven days of making your reservation. We will then confirm your reservation by email or postal mail. Please send the deposit to:

Please submit the balance of your rental (including the 11% SC sales and use tax) to the above address 30 days prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt of full payment, we will forward your welcome packet (keys, gate pass, directions and general information).
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your reservation, but if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, it may result in the loss of your deposit. If cancellation is within seven days of arrival, it may result in the loss or your rental payment*. If we are able to re-rent your cancelled week, we will provide a full refund.
*Hurricanes, 9/11-type events excluded
